eBay Gaming Buyers Beware: Fake Nintendo DS Cartridges PDF Print E-mail

If you picked up a new DS Lite this weekend and are looking for games to buy for it, be wary of Nintendo DS game cartridges sold on eBay. The bootleg carts come from China. Besides the extra plastic teeth on the back of the cartridge (see picture below), the coloring on the sticker may look overly saturated and not as crisp as a Nintendo print. Try to get the seller to post a picture of the actual cartridge so you don't end up with a bootleg DS game! Here's a guide with some tips of what to lookout for on Nintendo Gameboy Advance games as well.
