replacement of new x box 360 with a used Written by Guest on 2007-07-21 11:19:46 I recently pruchased a x box 360 in late feb of 07, i got the ring of death (3 red light) and i sent it in. x box told me 10 days and it was 30 some days before i got a replacement back. It was a used one that wasnt even mine. i called up and x box refused to refund me my money or give me a new machine or give me my old one back. the said there were factors that determine who get a new one over a referbished xbox. i asked what those factors were and they also refused me that information. i asked to speak to a higher up supervisor and they again refused me that right. i would not advise anyone to purchase a xbox 360. very bad experience and extremly poor customer service. |
