A demo for the upcoming game "Just Cause" will be available for download on August 24, 2006 on the PC and Xbox 360. This comes from Avalanche Studios' web site, the game developer. No official announcement has come from Microsoft yet, so keep in mind that the Xbox 360 demo needs to go through the process for distribution on Xbox Live. We all remember what happened with the Xbox 360 Prey demo that was announced by the PR company for the game. View a trailer of Just Cause here.
