Relatively new to indie games? Then you need to know about Fire Hose Games. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and composed of former MIT students, the studio has announced a new indie game called Slam Bolt Scrappers. It’s currently unknown what platform(s) it will be released on. According to their press release, the game features "reverse rampage," which combines both "brawlin’ and buildin’ to keep the Sci-fi meets Dr. Seuss world" afloat. Oh, and I forgot the most important part: you can punch geckos is the face. I hope that famous one from a certain car insurance company does not get offended. According to Fire Hose Games, those geckos have it coming to them.

For more information about the game developer, Fire Hose Games, check out their website at www.firehosegames.com. Fire Hose Games also has a blog featuring art from the game and other musings at www.slamboltscrappers.com.
