The next Mega Man game, Mega Man Universe, will include more challenging side-scrolling action from Mega Man (aka Rockman, in other regions of the world). Capcom released a new trailer for their upcoming PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 Mega Man Universe downloadable game, with Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune introducing the first bits of gameplay and a few of the characters.
Continuing in Capcom’s crossover style, expect other Capcom characters to be playable in Mega Man Universe. This includes Street Fighter‘s Ryu and, if the previously released teaser trailer is to be believed, Ghouls ‘n Ghosts‘ Sir Arthur. Perhaps even more surprising, you can also play as Bad Box Art Mega Man for the first time! Yes, that infamous NES cover art finally is accurately represented in the game.
