The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) has granted Rockstar Games’ Manhunt 2 an “M” (Mature) rating, after some “modification” was done to the game. The game was withheld from release when it received the A/O (Adults Only) rating in June of 2007.

Manhunt 2′s UK’s BBFC rating will be appealed within the next couple of months. We’re unsure what was specifically modified in the game to receive the “M” rating.
Manhunt 2 will be released on the Wii, Playstation 2, and PSP in October/November 2007.
