Opposable Thumbs received word on what the included Nintendo Wii Zapper game may be, following a GameStop manager’s meeting in Vegas. Zelda Crossbow Training is said to be the pack-in game. Nintendo’s Wii Zapper peripheral was unveiled by Reggie Fils-Aime at E3 2007. The announced price was $20, with a first-party Nintendo game title to be packed in. No information was given on what that game may be, although many suspected a new Wii Duck Hunt game.

From Opposable Thumbs: “It’s a third-person game, and you had some control over Link. While the video was way too short to get a good idea of the gameplay, it looks like a light-gun inspired Zelda title.”

We’ll post an update here once it pops up on GameStop or an official announcement is made by Nintendo.

UPDATE: Nintendo has officially announced Link’s Crossbow Training here.
