Rumors of a new 40GB Playstation 3 continue with this latest finding from Engadget. A document on the site shows that a $399 Playstation 3 40GB model with Spider-Man 3 (Blu-ray)
A search of the UPC code, 711719800606, on UPCdatabase.com doesn’t list the PS3 40GB Spiderman bundle specifically, but does show it’s from Sony Computer Entertainment America. Nothing has been confirmed by Sony yet, but the 10/28/07 date does lineup for the DVD/Blu-ray release of Spider-man 3 and a Sunday circular advertising of the cheaper PS3 by retailers.
