Gamers in London and New York, heads up! Mr. Hideo Kojima, the creator of Metal Gear, will be making appearances for Metal Gear Solid 4 signings in London and at the eve of the game’s launch in New York City.
London appearance:
Where: HMV London, 150 Oxford Street W1
When: June 2nd at 12 noon
Details of London signing: Yoji Shinkawa, the lead artist for MGS, will also be present at the HMV signing. Space is limited. 300 sleeves will be available on June 2nd, starting at 9.00am. Sleeves will be given with a £5 deposit to pre-order Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots. One per customer.
New York appearance::
Where: Virgin Megastore Times Square, 45th and Broadway
When: June 11th at Midnight
Details of New York signing: Although we haven’t come across an official press release, see the flyer snapped by a NeoGAF member here. Note the “Time and space are limited.” Looks like you’ll also have to settle with getting the regular edition signed, as only copies of MGS4 purchased in the New York Virgin Megastore will qualify (limited edition is available only from GameStop).
