Sony’s PS3 has a “Remote Play” feature, which allows you to use a Sony Playstation Portable (PSP) to wirelessly access videos, photos and music stored on a PS3. Documentation on exactly how do that is nowhere to be found in the PS3′s instructions and hooking both to each other isn’t exactly user friendly.
Here’s a video that will walk you through on how to setup your PSP to access files on your PS3 (and view the PS3′s XMB interface), or for those of you who are curious to see how that works, you can see it here. There are plans to allow the PSP to send videos and pictures, using the PSP’s soon to be released USB camera add-on, remotely through the ‘net. Check out the video below to see how it works.
