Rainbow Six Vegas has been out on the Xbox 360 for some time, but will be released on the Playstation 3 later this month. Whether you currently have it on the 360 and are debating getting it for the PS3 (or are just curious to see how both systems compare on the same game), you can check out the video from GameTrailers below for a side by side comparison.
The video points out the PS3 version shows less character detail, the Xbox 360 has more vibrant colors, the 360 has more details in distant objects and lighting is reduced in the PS3 version. Splinter Cell Double Agent on the PS3 showed less detail as well. Could this be something in Ubisoft’s coding/porting process? We’ll have to see how Assassin’s Creed compares on both consoles.
