Sony today announced a new PlayStation 3 250GB system. This is the same “PS3 Slim” hardware as the recently released PlayStation 3 120GB system, but with a higher capacity hard drive at 250GB. It’ll be available starting November 3, 2009.
It’s already up for pre-order at Amazon.com for $349.99. That’s the MSRP of the new PS3 250 GB configuration. The current PS3 120GB is $299.99. The PS3 250GB is not a bad deal for $50 more. The PlayStation 3 250GB system comes in a gray box versus the 120GB white box.
