Bethesda Softworks is teasing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim with an incredible new live-action trailer. The 60-second spot will leave you yearning to play the heavily anticipated action-RPG. Enough talk – jump to it and watch it below!
Today, Bethesda Softworks has finally announced The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Collector’s Edition. It may be no surprise to fans that a Collector’s Edition was in the works, or very highly hoped for, but Bethesda has unveiled the details of it today. Jumping right to it, here is what will be included in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Collector’s Edition alongside the game (as noted by Bethesda):
Alduin Statue: Created in conjunction with the IP Factory, this collector’s only statue stands 12” tall and is made of high quality PVC. Modeled from actual in-game 3D digital files, it showcases Alduin, the World Eater. He stands perched atop one the game’s many dragon walls that teach the player the lethal language of dragons.
‘The Art of Skyrim’ Official Art Book: Featuring over 200 pages of striking, full-color illustrations, sketches and models, this stunning 9 3/8” x 12 1/8” coffee table book showcases the characters, creatures, environments, and weaponry of Skyrim. With a foreword by game director Todd Howard and commentary from Bethesda Game Studios artists, readers will be guided through the game’s iconic visual style.
‘The Making of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’ DVD This documentary DVD contains exclusive, behind-the-scenes footage, including interviews with the Bethesda Game Studios team as they take you from concept to creation and provide insights into the story, gameplay, setting, legacy of the Elder Scrolls franchise, and much more.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Collector’s Edition is now available for pre-order, which will retail at $149.99 on its 11.11.11 release date. Electronic Arts today announced the Star Wars: The Old Republic Collector’s Edition. For the hardcore fans of Star Wars, this collector’s edition of the upcoming PC/Mac MMO game from BioWare and LucasArts will pack many extras at a $149.99 MSRP.
The Star Wars: The Old Republic Collector’s Edition includes:

- The journal of Jedi Master Gnost Dural from Chronicle Books

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced the Batman: Arkham City Collector’s Edition. The Arkham City C.E. will be available for $99.99 in limited quantities on October 18, 2011 in North America (Oct. 21 in UK) for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
