DJ Hero gets new mixes today from JAY-Z and Eminem

Activision today announced the availability of new DJ Hero exclusive mixes from JAY-Z and Eminem . The JAY-Z vs. Eminem Mix Pack is now available from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for 640 Microsoft Points ($8).

The JAY-Z vs. Eminem Mix Pack includes the following mixes:
"Shake That" by Eminem Mixed With "Show Me What You Got" by JAY-Z
"Without Me" by Eminem Mixed With "Encore" by JAY-Z
"Can I Get A…" by JAY-Z Mixed With "Lose Yourself" by Eminem

PlayStation 3 gamers looking for the JAY-Z vs. Eminem Mix Pack can get it from the PlayStation Store on March 25, 2010 for $7.99. Wii gamers will also be able to get it on March 25, 2010 for 300 Wii Points ($3) each.

DJ Hero is available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and PS2. In addition, you can now purchase DJ Hero Turntable Controllers (Xbox 360, PS3/PS2, Wii) to challenge friends to a mixing battle.

DJ Hero Renegade Edition [pictures and video clip]

Activision today released the first images of the DJ Hero Renegade Edition. The DJ Hero Renegade Edition features unreleased tracks from JAY-Z and EMINEM (see their “Renegade” performance video below).

Here’s what you’ll find packed in the DJ Hero Renegade Edition:

- DJ Hero game
- Premium Renegade turntable controller with metal controls and finish
- Hardshell turntable carrying case (converts to DJ stand)
- Exclusive JAY-Z and EMINEM 2-CD pack featuring unreleased tracks, with collectible case designed by artist Shepard Fairey

See more here at the official website of DJ Hero. No word on the price of the Renegade Edition yet. DJ Hero will be released at the end of October 2009 for the Xbox 360, PLAYSTATION 3 and Wii.
