The rumors have proven to be right on the Red Resident Evil 5 Xbox 360 bundle. Today, Microsoft has officially announced the red colored Xbox 360, coming on the launch day of Resident Evil 5.

Here’s the details from Microsoft:
“In celebration of the landmark “Resident Evil” franchise coming to Xbox 360 for the first time, Microsoft unveiled today an Xbox 360® Resident Evil Limited Edition Console Bundle. Available the same day “Resident Evil 5” ships to store shelves, Friday, 13th March, Xbox 360 fans will be able to pick up the bundle featuring an exclusive red Xbox 360 from select retailers.

Fans will enjoy the same premium Xbox 360 Elite experience at an even greater value with a copy of “Resident Evil 5,” matching Limited Edition red Wireless Controller, black Xbox 360 Headset, a 120 GB Hard Drive and exclusive premium “Resident Evil 5” theme (download via Xbox LIVE). Supplies are very limited, so “Resident Evil” fans will want to pre-order theirs today.”

Maybe it’s the included Blu-ray disc. Or maybe the Ryu figure. Or maybe there’s a lot of hungry, die-hard PLAYSTATION 3 Street Fighter IV fans out there. Or it’s really Limited. Looking around the web for the Street Fighter IV PLAYSTATION 3 Collector’s Edition at places like Amazon.com, BestBuy.com, GameStop.com, Buy.com, and even Capcom’s Online Store, there were no traces of pre-orders to be found. This looks like it’s the first edition of Street Fighter IV games to go, from the regular and Collector’s editions. Hopefully you pre-ordered yours, because it may be tough to get a hold of! If you know of anywhere to find the Street Fighter IV Collector’s Edition for the PLAYSTATION 3, let us know with your comments.

Street Fighter IV will be released next week, February 17, 2009, for the PLAYSTATION 3 and Xbox 360.

Capcom has finally announced the details of the Collector’s Edition of Resident

"Capcom is pleased to announce the Resident Evil 5 Collector’s Edition.
First teased last week at the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas, the Collector’s
Edition will be available on day one of the game shipping Friday, March 13,
2009. Available for only a limited time, gamers will be able to pre-order the
collectible set starting today at the Capcom store at www.capcom.com. On launch
date, the set will be available at all major retailers in North America with
a price of $89.99 for the Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3.

For fans of the highly popular series, the box set is not to be missed as it
will include a host of never-before-seen collectible items not available anywhere
else. All designed around RE5’s Kijuju setting and the game’s in-depth
storyline, the box will include a Tricell messenger bag, Chris Redfield figurine,
BSAA patch and Kijuju-inspired pendant.

Bringing the entire collection together is a custom made steel case with special
art showcasing signature elements of the RE5 campaign – the Kijuju writings,
ominous number five and two-player co-op. Inside the steel case is where the

A limited edition Final Fantasy VII 10th Anniversary PlayStation Portable is coming to Europe. The CRISIS CORE – FINAL FANTASY VII PSP bundle will be available on June 20, 2008 for 189.99 Euros. The bundle will also include the Crisis Core PSP game. A limited edition silver PSP of Final Fantasy VII was released in Japan on September 13, 2007, where only 77,777 units were sold. No word on how limited this release will be.

From Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE): “As one of the greatest franchises in gaming history, the arrival of CRISIS CORE -FINAL FANTASY VII- on PSP makes this the perfect time for all RPG fans and adventure gamers to pick up the handheld system. A must-have title, the only way to complete this chapter in FINAL FANTASY history is on PSP and this bundle offers the opportunity for gamers to take another step into one of the best loved game worlds in history. CRISIS CORE -FINAL FANTASY VII- also makes the most of the power of PSP, with stunning graphics and CG cut-scenes, state-of-the-art voice acting and widescreen presentation.”

It has the same color as the US Ice Silver PSP release, but the back of this limited edition PSP features the Final Fantasy VII: 10th Anniversary logo and illustrations of Sephiroth, Zack Fair (whom you play as in Crisis Core) and Cloud.
