PAC-MAN Championship Edition
iPhone & iPod touch edition review
Game Publisher and Developer: Namco Networks America
Release Date: December 10, 2009
Official Website: namcogames.com

Review Summary:
PAC-MAN Championship Edition looks and plays great on the iPhone or iPod touch. The full game does feel like it is missing the majority of content, since one of three gameplay modes and most levels are dimmed out. They are only accessible by purchasing an Expansion Pack. There is no way to share your high-scores to challenge friends either. Those missing things make PAC-MAN Championship Edition feel like it’s powered-down, but hardcore PAC-MAN fans shouldn’t miss out this flashy pocket edition.

Earlier this month, SEGA held a contest which allowed some gamers to get their hands on the Bayonetta demo early. For those who never got the demo early, you don’t have much longer to wait. The Bayonetta demo will be releasing on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and the Playstation Network on December 3rd, 2009.

See some of the early reviews SEGA notes below. If you’re still not convinced, try out the demo next week.

- Edge Magazine gave Bayonetta a perfect 10/10, this being the 11th perfect score since the magazine launched in 1993.

- Famitsu (Japanese Magazine), gave the game a 40/40 for the Xbox 360 and a 38/40 for the Playstation 3. This is the 12th perfect score since the magazines launch in 1986

Keep a lookout for a review of Bayonetta closer to the release on GamingBits.com. Bayonetta will be released on January 5th, 2010 for the Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 (January 8th, 2010 for Europe).
