Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction leads this week’s new game releases. The Xbox 360 exclusive from Ubisoft is available in three editions: an Xbox 360 bundle, Collector’s Edition and a standard edition. PlayStation 3 and PC gamers finally get Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City, originally released on the Xbox 360 last October.

Ubisoft today released a demo of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction for the Xbox 360. Xbox LIVE Gold members can now download it from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace (queue it up to your Xbox 360 here). The single-player demo will take you anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes to complete, so give it a go and get a feel of Sam Fisher’s next adventure as a renegade.

Square Enix has released a collection of new screens from the upcoming Final Fantasy XIII. The screens showcase some of the menus, combat sequences, cutscenes and exploring (including chocobo riding!).
