Game Developer and Publisher: Microsoft Game Studios
Release Date: March 16, 2011

Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars

Review Summary:
Full House Poker brings a fast paced and action packed version of Texas Hold‘em to Xbox LIVE Arcade. Strong poker players can spend countless hours challenging other players in online tournaments, but a lack of training mode and some unforgiving AI forces beginning players to hone their poker skills by trial and error.

Available for: Xbox 360 (Xbox LIVE Arcade)
Game Developer: NinjaBee

Release Date: December 22, 2010

4 out of 5 stars
Rating:
4 out of 5

Review Summary:
A World of Keflings is an addictive strategy game with light-hearted and non-violent fun. The go at your own pace building sim challenges you to manage resources and build kingdoms, as your Xbox Avatar, to help little Keflings thrive in three unique environments. There are few times that tasks feel like a chore, as the resources, buildings and Keflings multiply with nice variation. The humor and artistic style compliment the fairy tale-like story and unique cast of fantasy characters. NinjaBee manages to throw in all kinds of oddities (robot, witch, pirate, dragon and more) and make it cohesive. A World of Keflings easily is at least 10 hours of gameplay, which is only limited by how big you want the Keflings’ kingdom to grow and how many friends you want to play with online. Easily recommended for newcomers to the Keflings series and to strategy games!

Major Nelson has announced this week’s Xbox LIVE Deal of the Week: Gears of War COG Armor and Helmet for either male or female Xbox Avatars. Priced at 240 Microsoft Points ($3) and 80 Microsoft Points ($1) respectively, you save a small amount of Microsoft Points (or money). I wouldn’t call this the best Xbox LIVE Deal of the Week that Microsoft has offered since starting this weekly tradition, but if you are a Gears of War fanatic, you can now save some Microsoft Points.

All of the following deals are good until March 8th and is only valid for Xbox LIVE Gold Members:

COG Armor (Male)
COG Armor (Female)
COG Helmet (Male)
COG Helmet (Female)
