Microsoft Setting The Stage For Tonight’s E3 Conference; Gray Xbox 360 Spotted?

Microsoft is prepping for tonight’s E3 press event, as pictures in the Gamescore Blog flickr gallery show. One image that was removed from the gallery has resurfaced on Joystiq. The image below (see a second one, a bit closer), now removed from Gamerscore Blog’s flickr gallery, was sent to Joystiq by reader Rickard Gudbrand. We all know there are currently three retail Xbox 360 consoles: Xbox 360 Core (white), Xbox 360 Premium (white) and The Xbox 360 Elite (black). With a fourth Xbox 360 (gray) present on the stage, could that be a developer’s Xbox 360, the rumored “Falcon” 65 nm Xbox 360 or just anoter Xbox 360 in the shade? We won’t have to wait too long to see more.

Watch for live coverage of the event from G4TV at 9pm EST tonight.
