Microsoft is offering a great deal on Xbox LIVE purchases during the month of October. Starting today through October 31st, if you use 2400 Microsoft Points on downloadable games or content (DLC), you’ll get a bonus 800 Microsoft Points ($10 value). This is great for catching up on some DLC or some recently released XBLA games. Xbox LIVE Arcade games coming out in the month of October include Comic Jumper (Oct. 6, 1200 Microsoft Points) and Super Meat Boy (Oct. 20th, 1200 Microsoft Points), which qualify you for this deal too.
